The Faces Behind Wox
Hey! We’re Craig and Olanta and we’re the founders of Wox.
Craig runs a serviced accommodation business and has a background in tech. Olanta runs a marketing agency and worked alongside Craig, helping to market his properties.
It was a struggle for us to get in contact with previous guests to invite them back, or ask them to leave a review because often Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTAs will give you a phantom email address.
Between us, we knew exactly what we needed: a simple way to collect guest emails and build a marketing list we actually owned. But we couldn’t find a UK service that did everything we needed without overcomplicating things.
So we built it ourselves.
It started with a conversation. Craig explained what he had in mind, and Olanta said, “So it’ll be a wifi-box…” And just like that, Wox was born.
Today, Wox is the wifi marketing tool made by hosts, for hosts. It helps serviced accommodation businesses stay connected with their guests, strengthen their marketing and grow their direct bookings.
